Industrial Plastic Film Crusher

Granulators are high-speed cutting machines that are specifically designed for the efficient size reduction of various materials, such as plastics, rubber, fibers, copper cable, and light non-ferrous metals.

Belt Conveyor is widely used as conveying equipment.

Tire Rasper is mainly used for scrap tire processing, the size of rubber block should be below 80mm. The rotor knives cut the rubber and steel wire away from the machine through medium speed rotation. Then we get the mixture of rubber and waste steel below 15mm.

The Plastic Film Shredder is designed for pre-shredding waste plastic film. It is mainly used for winding materials, such as film, woven bags, ton bags and so on. The operation is controlled by PLC automation.

A Double Shaft Shredder is a low speed, high torque, two shaft rotary shear industrial recycling machine designed to process a wide range of hard materials efficiently. The operation is controlled by PLC system.

The Plastic Pipe Single Shaft Shredder is a powerful piece of equipment that grinds and shreds plastic pipes into small bits.

The Dewatering Machine is mainly used for washing and dewatering of plastic film, tape fragments and other flakes or strips of plastics with low hardness and small volume, and the dewatering effect can reach 98%.

The Friction Washer is for cleaning contaminated materials coming from washing system.
